Project 2025 Playbook
Expulsion of Haitian Immigrants is Part of the Plan
Project 2025 is the blueprint for the destruction of American “democracy” and the establishment of a fascist government. The program was published in 2023 by the Heritage Foundation and implemented immediately after Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025.1
The Project 2025 aims to remake the federal government and then use it to systematically take away the rights of the American people. The plan is to give the President supreme power to use Executive Orders to “legally” reverse civil rights, to do away with health care, education, and any programs that help working people while increasing corporate profits.
The Supreme Court (SCOTUS) is a key part of the plan. Its role is to “legitimize” Trump’s takeover of the federal government. During the 2025-2026 term2, SCOTUS gave:
- Trump the power to take apart federal agencies, and to fire people without cause (Trump v Slaughter).
- Gutted the 1964 Civil Rights Act (Little v Hecox; West Virginia v BPJ) and the 1965 Voting Rights Act (Louisiana v Callais).
- Prevented consumers from suing corporations for selling cancer-causing pesticides (Monsanto v Durnell).
- Allowed corporations to buy elections without any limits (NRSC v FEC).
On June 25, SCOTUS implemented a key part of Project 2025’s plan – the elimination of Temporary Protective Status (TPS).3 The court allowed the Trump administration to cancel TPS for 350,000 Haitians and 6,000 Syrians and deport them.4,5 The ruling puts all 1.3 million TPS beneficiaries at risk of deportation.4,5
The media and the liberal talking heads are telling us that this decision is just a racial matter. Racism is clearly playing a role. But we cannot allow this to become just a discussion about racism. The attack on non-white immigrants is part of the plan to split the American working class, to get us fighting each other.
Trump and SCOTUS are fronts for Project 2025, and Project 2025 is the playbook for a fascist takeover of America. The ruling capitalist class knows that AI has changed the world and that they can no longer use democracy to rule our country. They plan to install a fascist regime that appears to be “white rule,” but is really “capitalists’ rule.” To accomplish this, they must build an American fascist party movement rooted in white supremacy and white Christian nationalism.
The American people know we can stop this. We have learned an important lesson in the national battles against ICE, warehouse detention centers and data center – neighbors defend neighbors; we can only depend on ourselves!
We need our own plan and our own organization to implement it.
We can change the world – We have no choice!
