Global Alliance for Palestine
Millions March to “End the Genocide, Defend the Land”
Global Alliance for Palestine’s Worldwide Day of Action.
On October 10, pro-Palestinian marches and rallies took place in more than 60 countries and on six continents.1 The actions were part of a Global Day of Action that marked three years of war and genocide in Gaza.

It was a global mobilization.
In London, over 250,000 people demanded an end to British arms sales to Israel. Thousands marched in European capitals including Berlin, Zurich, Rome, Milan; across Canada, Latin America and Australia. In New York, Philadelphia, Chicago, LA, St. Louis, Dearborn, Michigan, Providence, Rhode Island, and many other cities, demonstrators chanted in solidarity with the Palestinian people and reiterated calls for an end to the war and respect for Palestinian rights.
Washington, DC – “MARCH FOR PALESTINE: FOR THE LIVING, THE MARTYRS, AND THE LAND”.2
Over 500 people assembled outside the US Capitol demanding an end to American military aid to Israel.3 The march and rally marked three years since the beginning of Israel’s genocide in Gaza. The demonstrators called for a reassessment of US assistance amid the continuing humanitarian consequences of the aggression and genocide.
“For over 1000 days, the world has borne witness to Israel’s endless war crimes in Gaza: the destruction of every university and hospital, land turned to rubble and tent cities, and tens of thousands of our people murdered, disappeared and tortured in Zionist prisons. These war crimes would not be possible if it were not for the billions of dollars in funding and unconditional support from the United States.”2
The Fight for Palestine is our Fight – the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinian people is the testing ground for American Fascism.
ICE brutality. The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) and police train ICE and U.S. police forces on use of brutal crowd control and arrest techniques perfected against the Palestinian people. We are Palestinians when the American Gestapo beats, murders or abducts an immigrant or American citizen.
FLOCK cameras and video surveillance.
Israel leads in the use of facial recognition targeting, mass video surveillance, and AI-assisted data base manipulation. We are Palestinians when automated license plate readers (ALPRs) invade our privacy.
Voter suppression.
Israel’s two main Arab political parties will not be able to compete in the October 27 parliamentary election. Palestinian citizens of Israel will be denied representation in the Israeli parliament. We are Palestinians when the government attacks our right to vote using ICE, threats and the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) program.
This is our fight.
The attacks on the Palestinian people are part of the same assault on our children’s health care, education and future. Like the people of Gaza, Lebanon, Iran and the Occupied West Bank, the American people are fighting because we have no choice.
We have the same enemy.
We are not fighting individuals, we are fighting an economic system based upon private property and the class that benefits from that system. Only a united working class can stop the Middle East wars and create a just peace.
War abroad is war at home; fascism abroad is fascism at home
By fighting for Palestinians, we are fighting for ourselves
Forward to Victory
