May Day National Day of ACTION
There is a War going on between the Working Class, the 99%, who must sell our ability to work in order to live, and the Capitalist Class, the 1%, the private owners who steal the wealth we create.
The American People are Fighting this WAR on multiple Fronts – resisting I.C.E. attacks, protesting the military occupation of our cities, and genocide in Gaza, war on Iran and Cuba, and continuing the fight for health care, housing, education, and our planet.
May Day 2026 is an opportunity to bring these struggles together, to build the Working-Class Unity that we need to Win a Better World.
Many fights, one goal – a peaceful and just world – one enemy – capitalist private property.
The RNT collective urges its readers to participate in the May Day demonstrations and General Strikes planned throughout the U.S.
The May Day Mass Call is one place to begin.

Our partners Action Center on Race & the Economy (ACRE), Rising Majority, and Organized Power in Numbers are hosting a mass call on Monday, April 20, at 7pm ET/6pm CT/4pm PT. Register for No War, No ICE, Free Palestine: May Day Mass Call to learn how to incorporate anti-war demands into your May Day plans.
Register HereThe U.S. war machine is out of control and we must get organized to stop it — Trump just requested $1.5 trillion for the 2027 fiscal year military budget after already spending tens of billions bombing Iran this past month. All this money for weapons and tech companies but never for healthcare, housing, and schools.
As we prepare for May Day, we want to make sure that this is our largest anti-war mobilization yet. Members of Congress, corporate actors, and billionaire profiteers who are making violence possible against our communities here and abroad must hear from us!
Sign up for this call. You’ll hear from long-time anti-war organizers, Palestinian activists, labor organizers, and other speakers who will get us prepared for May Day with concrete tools, messages, and demands.
Confirmed speakers include Representative Rashida Tlaib, Iranian American organizer Hoda Katebi, poet Aja Monet, Sumaya Awad of Adalah Justice Project, Aru Shiney-Ajay of Sunrise Movement, Leah Greenberg of Indivisible, Kieran Knutson of CWA 7250, Lauren Chua of UE Local 256, and National Nurses United.
See you online April 20 and in the streets May 1.
In solidarity,
May Day Strong
